Served: in garrison at Pensacola harbor, Fla., 1842‑44; in Scouting against hostile Indians, 1844; and in garrison at Pensacola harbor, Fla., 1844.

Resigned, Nov. 30, 1844.

Civil History. — Sugar Planter, St. Bernard Parish, La., 1840‑68.

Died, Feb. 9, 1868, at New Orleans, La.: Aged 47.
