Member of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, 1854‑58, — and of the Senate, 1858‑61. Member of Commission to Revise the Militia Laws of the State of South Carolina, 1858. Died, Apr. 28, 1861, at St. John's Island, S. C.: Aged 35. Buried, St. John's Episcopal Parish Cemetery, St. John's Island, SC. |
