Served: in garrison at Ft. Ridgely, Min., Oct., 1865, to May, 1866, — and at Ft. Snelling, Min., May, 1866, to Dec., 1868; as Quartermaster, 10th Infantry, May 12, 1866, to July 12, 1869; on leave of absence, Dec., 1868, to June 17, 1869; on frontier duty at Ft. Brown, Tex., to July 7, 1870. — and Point Isabel, Tex., to Jan. 9, 1871; on Recruiting Service, to Mar. 24, 1873; on leave of absence, to May, 1873; on frontier duty at Austin, Tex., to Mar. 2, 1874; and in arrest and undergoing sentence of Court Martial, to Nov. 13, 1874.
