Served: in garrison at Battery Rodgers, Va., Sep. 30 to Oct., 1867, — Ft. Monroe, Va., Nov., 1867, to June, 1869 (Artillery School for Practice, Jan. to June, 1869), — Ft. Foote, Md., June, 1869, to Aug. 31, 1870,  p102 Ft. Riley, Kan., Sep. 15, 1870, to Apr., 1871, — and Ft. McHenry, Md., May, 1871, to Sep. 29, 1872; and on leave of absence, Sep. 29, 1872, to June 1, 1873.

Resigned, June 1, 1873.
