M. (on leave, Oct. 3, 1891 to April 3, 1892), to Feb. 3, 1893; on duty with the Rhode Island Militia, Feb. 9, 1893 to Jan. 1, 1896; on leave, until he Resigned, Jan. 1, 1897. Civil History. — Unknown. Vol. V (Born Sept. 19, 1852) Civil History. — In Contracting and Engineering work in New York City, from date of resignation to present time. — Address, 121 E. 34th street, New York City, N. Y.
