Monroe, (First Lieut., 4th Artillery, Jan. 31, 1832) Va., 1834‑35; in transferring Indians, Dec. 9, 1835, to June 28, 1836; on Ordnance duty, July 14 to Dec. 24, 1836; in the Florida War, 1836‑39; and on sick leave of absence, 1839‑42.
