Commissioner of Accounts of Fiduciaries, Clarke County, Ky., 1836‑51. Postmaster, Winchester, Ky., 1842‑48, and 1849‑51. Died, Sep. 1, 1851, at Winchester, Ky.: Aged 46. |
a His name was misspelled ("Flanagan") in the 1891 edition of the Register (Vol. I) and respelled in the 1900 Supplement, with a note.
