The table of illustrations in the printed edition is a bit less detailed than the one that follows here, since the book gathers (almost) all its illustrations in two signatures, one for each Railroad, so there is no need for such an index. On this site though, I've placed each photograph in an appropriate part of the text, so the page numbers will be useful: each links to its photo of course.
