This chapel stands on the W side of the two-lane road from Bastardo south to the abbey of S. Felice and on to Giano dell' Umbria; it's about a kilometer before you reach S. Felice. I know nothing about it than what you see on this page: the little brown tourist marker indicates it as "18c"; obviously it's been given a thorough coat of stucco and paint in the late 20c; the date of the bell, below, suggests a first restoration in time for the 1933 Jubilee.

The date, on the band below the relief of the Virgin, is 1932.
