Protectress of S. Pellegrino

On the wall of a private house in the little town of S. Pellegrino the visitor can see this mid‑20c edicola. It's not just a generic depiction of the Virgin Mary, but an appeal to the protectress of the town on her feast day, as we can see by moving in a little closer:

Our Lady of Montecamera, pray for us.

The two churches are S. Pellegrino to our left, and to our right one that I haven't yet seen: the Romanesque shrine of S. Maria di Montecamera, atop the hill by that name overlooking the village.
