In June 2000, I arrived for a long stay in the Italian town of Fossato di Vico, thru September.

Preparations and departure flight.
Trip, continued: flight to Italy, train to Umbria, getting reacquainted with Fossato di Vico.
Getting reacquainted with Fossato di Vico and the surrounding area.
A walk around Fossato di Vico, to Corraduccio, Sigillo and Purello.
A Mass to celebrate the reopening of the parish church of Fossato di Vico; in the afternoon I go to Jesi, in the Marche.
A small walk in the area of Fossato.
I buy a cellphone, have a good lunch, and see the hang-gliding area near the top of Monte Cucco.
A day in Trevi.
