This webpage reproduces the map at the end of Antonio José de Sucre by Guillermo Antonio Sherwell Press of Byron S. Adams 1924 The map is in the public domain. This page has been carefully proofread and I believe it to be free of errors. If you find a mistake though, please let me know!

[A schematic map of about two‑thirds of South America, in which the five countries Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia are shown in full; Brazil, Chile, and Argentina are shown in part, and the other countries are either not identified (Paraguay) or off the map altogether (Uruguay). The map shows the main rivers of the five countries as well as their principal towns as of the early 19c, and the places of major battles in the wars for South American independence.]
