(First Lieut., 8th Infantry, June 18, 1846)

Mexico, being engaged in the Capture of San Antonio, Aug. 20, 1847, — Battle of Molino del Rey, Sep. 8, 1847, where he was Mortally Wounded in the Assault of the enemy's works.

Died of Wounds, Sep. 17, 1847, in the City of Mexico: Aged 27.
