Mayor of Monroe, Mich., 1846.

Military History. — Re-appointed in the Army with the rank of

Major, Staff — Quartermaster, Mar. 3, 1847.

Served on Quartermaster duty at Detroit, Mich., 1847, — and in the War with Mexico, at Vera Cruz, 1847.

Died, July 24, 1847, at Vera Cruz, Mexico.

Buried, Woodland Cemetery, Monroe, MI.
