McHenry, Md., July‑Aug., 1865; on frontier duty at San Diego, Cal., Oct. to Dec., 1865; in garrison at San (First Lieut., 2d Artillery, Oct. 6, 1865) Francisco Harbor, Cal., Dec., 1865, to Sep., 1867, — New Archangel, Alas., Oct. to Dec., 1867, — and Sitka, Alas., to Dec. 3, 1868. Died, Dec. 3, 1868, at Sitka, Alaska: Aged 25. |
