Brown, Tex., to July 7, 1870. — and Point Isabel, Tex., to Jan. 9, 1871; on Recruiting Service, to Mar. 24, 1873; on leave of absence, to May, 1873; on frontier duty at Austin, Tex., to Mar. 2, 1874; and in arrest and undergoing sentence of Court Martial, to Nov. 13, 1874.

Resigned, Nov. 13, 1874.
