Military History. — Cadet at the Military Academy, July 1, 1865, to June 15, 1869, when he was graduated and promoted in the Army to Second Lieut., 5th Artillery, June 15, 1869. Served: in garrison at Ft. Warren, Mas., Sep. 30, 1869, to May 1, 1870; and on leave of absence, to Aug. 2, 1870. Honorably Discharged, at his own Request, Aug. 2, 1870. Civil History. — Counselor at Law, Albany, N. Y., since 1872. Vol. IV (Leonard Gansevoort Hun) Died March 11, 1891, at Somerville, Mas.: Aged 43. See Annual Association of Graduates, U. S. M. A., 1891, for an obituary notice. |
