Vernon Barracks, Ala., Dec. 11, 1877, to June 26, 1880; on leave of absence, to Dec. 24, 1880; on frontier duty at Ft. Wingate, N. M., to Feb. 27, 1882, — Ft. Cummings, N. M., to Apr. 13, 1882, — Ft. Wingate, N. M., to Sep. 12, 1883, — Ft. Stanton, N. M., to Dec. 27, 1883, — Ft. Wingate, N. M. (Scouting, Aug.‑Sep., 1886), to June 5, 1888, — Ft. Elliott, Tex. to Apr. 18, 1889, — and in the Oklahoma Country, I. T., to Oct. 30, 1889; and on sick leave of absence, to Jan. 29, 1890. Vol. IV Military History. — Served: At Fort Reno, Okla., from Jan. 1, 1891 to Feb. 24, 1891.
