McKavett, Tex., Feb. 6 to Aug. 4, 1878, — Ft. Davis, Tex., Aug. 19‑22, 1878, — Scouting, Aug. 22 to Dec. 1, 1878, — Ft. Davis, Tex., Dec. 1, 1878, to Apr. 7, 1879, — and Scouting, to July 19, 1879.

Died, July 19, 1879, in the Guadalupe Mountains, Tex.: Aged 25.
