Oct. 30, 1886, to Oct. 6, 1889; as Recorder of Board of Engineer Officers on Lock at or near the Lower Island at Nashville, Ten., Mar. 12‑30, 1887, and of Board of Improvement of Navigation at the Mouth of the Cumberland River, Apr. 28 to June 16, 1888; on sick leave of absence, May 23 to Sep. 21, 1889; and as Assistant to Major Indicates a West Point graduate and gives his Class. Davis, since Oct. 10, 1889.

Lockwood on improvement of the Kentucky River, with station at Frankfort, Ky., May 11, 1893 to Sept. 16, 1895. — Secretary and Disbursing Officer of the Mississippi River Commission, with station at St. Louis, Mo., Sept. 17, 1895 to Oct. 26, 1898.

Died Oct. 26, 1898, at St. Louis, Mo.: Aged 38.
