Second Lieut., 12th Infantry, June 13, 1883.

Served: in garrison at Madison Barracks, N. Y., Sep. 30, 1883, to May 12, 1884, — Plattsburg Barracks, N. Y., to Nov. 14, 1884, — and Madison Barracks, N. Y., to Feb. 5, 1886; and on sick leave of absence, to May 1, 1886.

Died, May 1, 1886, at Haverhill, Mas.: Aged 29.
