First Lieut., 4th Artillery, Apr. 24, 1889. Vol. IV (Charles Loring Corthell) Military History. — Served: At Fort Monroe, Va., to Sept., 1890; at Fort Barrancas, Fla., to Nov., 1891; at Fort Adams, R.
