Member of the Executive Council of the State of Vermont, 1823‑28. Judge of Addison County Court, Vt., 1833‑42. Degree of A. M. conferred by Middlebury College, Vt., 1826.

Died, Mar. 21, 1858, at Whitehall, N. Y.: Aged 76.
