Vol. VI Military History. — Second Lieut., 15th Cavalry, June 14, 1907. At Fort Ethan Allen, Vt., Sept. 15, 1907, to January, 1909; at Ft. Leavenworth, Kans., with Troop, from Jan. 2, 1909; in arrest June 7 to July 22, 1912; and from Oct. 15, 1912.
Dismissed, Jan. 25, 1913,
Civil History. — Employed on Isthmus of Panama from March, 1913. Died, July 11, 1914, at Colon Hospital, C. Z.: Aged 29. Buried, Cold Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, Cape May, N. J. |
