Resigned, Oct. 16, 1830.

Civil History. — Civil Engineer, 1830‑35.

Died, 1835,​a1 at Vandalia, Ill.: Aged 25.

Thayer's Note:

a1 a2 In the main entry in Vol. I, Cullum gives just the year, 1835, which is not the year given in the Vol. IV Supplement; no date is given in Vol. V. Lt. Morrison's grave marker (q.v.) gives the date of his death as Sep 10 1835, but the marker is of recent issue. I don't know the source for any of the three dates.
