Served: At Fort Monroe, Va., with company, Sept. 11, 1915, to April 17, 1916; at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., with company, at Instruction Camp, April 19 to (First Lieut., Coast Artillery Corps, July 1, 1916) July 5, 1916; at Tobyhanna, Pa., with company, July 8 to Sept. 14, 1916; at Fort Monroe, Va., with company, to Jan. 8, 1917; at Fort Rodman, Mass., Jan. 10 to (Captain, 12th Field Artillery, May 15, 1917)
July 1, 1917; en route to Philippines, July 5 to Aug. 2, 1917; at Manila, P. I., Aide-de‑Camp to General (Major of Field Artillery, National Army, July 3, 1918) p1775 Died, Oct. 19, 1918, at Fort Sill, Oklahoma: Aged 28.
