Military History. — Cadet at the Military Academy, June 15, 1915, to June 12, 1918, when he was graduated and promoted in the Army to

Second Lieut., 1st Infantry.

Served: at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, with company, July 8 to Sept. 2, 1918;

(Transferred to 31st Infantry, Sept. 2, 1918)

at Camp Lewis, Wash., with regiment, Sept. 4, 1918, to Feb. 23, 1919; en route to Siberia and in Siberia with regiment to June 22, 1919.

Killed in Action at Suchan Mine, Siberia, June 22, 1919: Aged 24.
