(Assigned to Engineers, July 21, 1919.) At Camp Humphreys, Va., student officer, Basic Course, at Engineer School, to June 5, 1919; in and en route to and from France, on tour of observation, June 21, 1919, to First Lieutenant of Engineers, Aug. 2, 1919. Sept. 10, 1919; at Camp Humphreys, Va., student officer, Engineer School, Sept. 10, 1919, to July 31, 1920; at Camp Dodge, Iowa, Aug. 9, 1920, to Aug. 20, 1920; at Camp Lewis, Wash., with the 4th Engineers, Aug. 23, 1920, to Feb. 4, 1921; at Camp A. A.
