Civil History. — Civil Engineer, 1835‑41. Asst. Engineer of Illinois and Michigan Canal, 1837‑39. Clerk of Circuit Court, Richmond, Va., 1841‑59.

Died, Dec. 7, 1859, at Richmond, Va.: Aged 47.
