Church of S. Bartolomeo

(And a somewhat closer view of the 16c‑17c painting over the altar)

On the left, a small ceramic plaque, probably 13c, along the N wall: maybe an ex‑voto. On the right, the painting is a couple centuries later: a Madonna and Child with Franciscan saints intervening for Montecchio (represented by its coat of arms, with the ubiquitous stylized three hills seen almost everywhere in Italy where there's a hill, a mountain, or a place called Mont‑something); the Virgin's robe is not polka-dotted, but spread with eight-pointed stars.
