Qua Hora Putatis?

[image ALT: Against a painted wall, a horizontal rectangular wall plaque figuring a circle graduated from VI on the left to XII in the center to III on the right, with a stylized sun in the center and an assortment of arrows and lines radiating from it. It is a sort‑of-sundial in Scheggino, Umbria (central Italy).]
On an E-facing wall of one of the last houses in town, a few meters in from highway SS209 towards S. Anatolia di Narco. Having no gnomon, this outrageous object merely asks you what time you think it is!
