A Roman inscription in the church of S. Pietro a Pettine

The main page for this inscription is here; the page you see in front of you is merely a set of computer-manipulated images of the inscription that might help in its decipherment. If you have suggestions, please let me know, of course. (Almost forgot: that blue felt pen is exactly 14 cm long.)

The church of S. Pietro a Pettine is in the comune of Trevi in central Umbria, probably on a small Roman road from Trebiae to Fulginiae, a feeder of the nearby Via Flaminia.
