You must not get the idea that this is all there is to the churches of Valfabbrica. I believe these are all the churches in the town itself, which is small; but the territory of the comune includes many other small towns and rural churches, some of which are of definite interest, and I haven't seen any of them yet:

some distance from town, the Madonna del Chiascio;
at Casacastalda, the church of S. Anna, the votive sanctuary of the Madonna dell' Olmo, and the church of S. Maria Assunta with a triptych by Matteo da Gualdo, a local man (15c);
at Coccorano, the sanctuary, important in Franciscan history, of Caprignano;
at Giomici, the church of S. Michele with medieval frescoes of the Umbrian school;
at Poggio Morico, the parish church;
at Poggio S. Dionisio, the Madonna del Rosario and the Madonna della Piaggiola, both of them medieval and frescoed.
